The daffodils greeted me brightly this morning after a long rain last night. I think this is my favorite sign of spring. They simply shine with hope and promise. I'm having a rough time with school crunch time hitting on top of my Easter blues. Mom passed on Holy Saturday so I'm feeling it more right now than I did the actual date anniversary of her loss. I really miss her.

Things are going poorly at work. School is rough -- end of the semester exams and projects are overwhelming. I am depressed again and I hope to get out of it without the aid of medication. We shall see. I'm taking pictures and posting them to cheer myself up. I love photography.
