I am now 2/3 of the way through my all consuming class. I'm will be super happy to finish this coming weekend (though I'm not excited about the fact the final is a take home so I'll have another week to complete work for the class). I just want to be done. I was excited that things went will with our presentation. We are an extremely competitive class -- I'm glad I'm not teaching us! I have not bought any more cigarettes. I am proud of this -- it is taking all I have not to buy more and smoke more. Once you give in it is SO much easier to keep sliding down that slippery slope.
M had another great soccer game yesterday -- scored an awesome goal and was rock solid on defense. R has his game today -- I'm hopeful it will go well. I want him to experience some success athletically. He has watched his sister's winning team for several years now and could use a moment in the lime light. We are happy to see his team has won a few games. It is nice to celebrate a real win (last season we celebrated our only win when the other team forfeited).
Wish I could take a nap. Must be a blood sugar thing that I get so darn exhausted after lunch....
