We had a good dinner at my sister's -- the casserole turned out GREAT! We brought 2 pies and a broccoli and cauliflower casserole. I found the recipe online and Tim made it. We substituted brown mustard for the English mustard because he didn't find anything at the store that said "English Mustard." I wonder if it is a spice instead of an actual mustard? Can you tell that I don't cook much?

I am thankful for another holiday successfully navigated without conflict. I am thankful for a husband who took up the challenge while I've been sick. I am thankful for my family and friends. I am thankful that I don't have to work again until MONDAY! Back to my couch for more rest! Yesterday and today really wiped me out (had to work part day today).

I am quite tired, but I'm so grateful I no longer work in retail and have to face the Black Friday crowds. It is nice not to be part of that anymore. I'm happy for those who enjoy it, but I sure don't miss it!
