My mother inlaw came home yesterday with a pack of syringes to self inject blood thinner. Her blood isn't right, this is to prevent clots. It is never dull with her. She will return to the hospital for surgery a week from Monday. Tomorrow is my daughter's first indoor soccer game. Yay! My son isn't taking soccer so I need to come up with something physical to keep him from becoming a blob (genetics are not good for the inactive on either side of the family). I need to start working out again. Hopefully I will make this happen this weekend. I have started the reading for both my classes this week. I'm overwhelmed as expected. Millie the pug is feeling MUCH better following this week's eye surgery and continued drops. We are getting better at putting drops in her eyes, but it is still like wrestling a greased pig. I will play the lottery tonight -- a girl has to dream. Happy Friday the 13th!
