I went to the dentist today and had no bad news! I am excited whenever a Doctor doesn't give me bad news!

I was evil yesterday -- ate a bagel, had McD's for lunch, and drank beer. Still not smoking! (I like to mention this when I feel like having one -- it keeps me clean :) If only I could quit eating and drinking -- cold turkey quitting is an easier concept for me than portion control.

It was also very exciting yesterday -- I understood a few things in my Linguistics class (first time in at least 3 weeks). My daughter had an awesome soccer game. She was so fun to watch -- a tiny pit bull fighting her way through. She scored a goal after taking the ball 3/4 of the way down the field by herself -- just fought her way through defenders on her own. I love that girl's spunk and abilities!

Tonight is a work meeting -- I hate when work impinges on life!

I need to get focused on my St. Patrick's Day plans!
