I'm double evil this morning -- I smoked and ate a bagel. 370 calories in that fricken bagel! I may start posting my calorie intake to make myself more accountable. I told myself that I'm allowed a pack of smokes every time someone I know dies. How sick am I? I am all about comfort right now -- which is never good since drinking, smoking, and food all comfort me. Why am I not comforted by long walks, workouts, studying, and cleaning house??
