Tonight my kids will need to hurry and get the homework done. We need to get back to our trip to Narnia and escape from the mundane. Summer nights were spent journeying through the Chronicles of Narnia. We are several chapters into the final in the series called "The Last Battle." This book makes me sad... my favorite of the series is "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader." What I LOVE is snuggling together on the couch and reading words that take us away... I treasure this stage with Wonder Boy and Super Girl. It really is THE BEST!
My other plan for us tonight (while Hubby is at class) is to put up Halloween decorations -- YAY!

I wish I would have read with my kids more
the last battle! we cannot bring ourselves to do it. I've read all of the cronicles of N. to the kids (some twice) but we do not want it to be over, so we are saving "the last battle" for ..., well, I don't know what we are saving it for.
