I'm finishing my Christmas cards. I had to make a tough decision -- send the cards on time OR get the shopping and baking done. Christmas cards lost the battle. So they are going out late... Happily I'm no longer the perfectionist that would have lost her mind over this a few years ago. Heck, at least I'm still bothering to send them!
I make my own cards with a holiday picture of my kids. This year one of the dogs was in the picture too -- the greyhound choose not to participate and I don't really blame him :-)
I am also very pleased that the Little People Nativity sets that I gave the moms to be were a hit! (I have a pregnant sister and 2 pregnant sister inlaws due this May and June!) Like I said before, I love Little People and I LOVE the idea of little hands being able to play with the nativity (without the fear of breaking it!). I was so pleased that the moms were excited about this gift! This made my Christmas.

My boys LOVED their Little People Nativity Set too! In fact, they set it up "neatly" before bedtime on Christmas Eve. And added every single "Little Person" (and animal!) that we own! All those animals from the Noah's Ark... Noah and "Mrs Noah" became "The Innkeeper and his wife". We even had a clown and a couple construction workers!
We've all heard that Bethlehem was crowded that night, but I bet you never knew it was quite like THAT!
