Why the hell do they do this to me? They KNOW that I'm high strung. They know the best way to reach me is my cell phone. And yet, the Doctor's office calls about my test results and leaves a message on my home machine. No results -- just a message saying they got my results back and to please call them. What the hell? Don't they know this will keep me up all night??????

I complained about that too... and the answer was something about privacy laws. ONLY home phone...
and no messages on an answering machine.

I think they like torturing patients and then blame it on that privacy thing.
