Okay, I'm admitting it. I am ADDICTED to pajama day. Saturday is my only day without obligations. The kids and I have discovered the joy of staying in pajamas all day long. We have discovered that answering the phone and the door are OPTIONAL. Who need the world when you can lay around in blankets and pajamas on the couch all day? Even the dog joins us for the snuggle festival. What is better?
Today I had a chiropractor appointment. I dressed in sweats so that when I got home it was an easy transition back into PAJAMA DAY. I swear, if I don't have this one day a week to recover I am completely lost. Last weekend was the end of soccer, but tomorrow we have church obligations (a religious education program after mass). I am curious though. The priest is having a "teaching mass" where he explains the various rituals and traditions of the mass during the mass. I think it is really cool to do that and am looking forward to learning a lot tomorrow.
I'm working on being less of a heathen and attending church more regularly. I find I am more calm and happier when I've been to mass. There is something to be said for it... I need to keep it up.
The pictures above are my photos from the last few springs. We have snow and grey right now, I'm jealous of other parts of the country where the daffodils are in bloom... This is what happened to mine previously.... Oh how I wish I'd planted bulbs this year!!!

I had a bee on heather in my yard today. I walked outside to change the bird feeder and I heard it buzz past my ear. So I looked for it.. found it.. and photographed it.
I'm going to go post it right now!!
you inspired me to think spring.
Crazy stinkin' weather! My front porch looked like yours (the snowy one) last week and I was petrified that the little green sprouts coming out of the ground would perish, but now it's all thawed out (50 degrees again) and there they are, like nothing ever happened!
