Breakfast in Bed

This morning I was treated to breakfast in bed! Wonder Boy brought me cereal, applesauce and grapes. He said he tried to make me toast but that it didn't turn out very well in the microwave (we have not replaced a broken toaster here). The best part was him crawling into my bed with me to watch me eat the feast. That boy is a born snuggler.

Wishing all the moms a happy day! Wishing the best to all who miss their moms today. The sun is shining here.... hope it is where you are.

I love those little sweet gestures. I find myself trying to snuggle and love on Junior Mayhem...before he gets too old and won't let me do it anymore!

Happy Mother's Day!

COngrats on your 18 pound weight loss! (Damn bagles! heehee.)

And snuggling with your little man is one of the BESTEST ways to spend a morning -- especially a mom's day morn. :-)

Happy Mother's Day to you too! All our kids jumped on Mum whilst she was in bed, so her breakfast got spread to the four posts!!! Still, it was all fun!

How excellent is that? My daughter made me a strawberry cake. Was fabulous.

My daughter made me the cutest card at school.

I will cherish it forever!

My daughter made me a card, gave it to my mom and then snaked it back and regifted it to me... she needs some soggy toast lessons!

I used to think Mother's Day and such were Halmark holidays.... I'm so glad now that I had this day with my kids. I miss my Mom so much, but I'm glad that the sting of not having her with me on Mother's day is now softened by the love my kids show for me. I wish that for all moms!!

Thanks for all for the sunshine of your good wishes!
