MSU Girl has tagged me to write eight random facts about myself. Better late than never!

First, the rules: 1. We have to post these rules before we give you the facts. 2. Players start with eight random facts/habits about themselves. 3. People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules. 4. At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names. 5. 1. I hate bugs. I have nearly crashed the car when a spider has chosen the wrong moment to drop down in front of my face.... My rule is that if they come in my house they have chosen to die. My children try to free them before Mom comes to free them from this cruel world.

2. I wear my contact lenses too long. I have extended wear lenses you can sleep in. I never remember to take them out. I know. Ew.

3. I fear student teaching. I have been working toward this goal since 2001 and I fear it horribly... I fear my cooperating teacher as well. I am afraid, very afraid :-) I hate waking up stupid and not knowing what I'm doing. I like being the expert more than the novice. Yes, I'm that insecure.

4. I over achieve in my classes to make up for my lack of confidence. Hell, I over achieve at work for the same darn reason.... I wish over achieving in eating yielded positive results....

5. I have not gotten my yearly in two year despite the fact uterine cancer stole my mother from me. I know I need to make this appointment.

6. I married my high school sweetheart and can't believe how lucky I am that this love continues to grow after 21 years of dating/marriage (we started dating at 16).

7. I speed. I drive too fast. I like to drive slow, but don't have time. I drive fast and should really stop it.

8. I obsess. I watch too much of the Discovery channel and TLC... I have watched every Duggar Family special. While I don't agree with all they believe, I'm in awe of how anyone can pull off 17 clean, well fed, educated, and polite children.
