WOW, this was amazing! I had a mom in my office today, her son was diagnosed with high functioning autism. I told her I would put together some resources for her on the internet, support places, blogs, etc. I have been looking at a lot of blogs tonight, this was really powerful, so well done and can really make a difference. Thank you for posting this today. I appreciate it.

as someone who works part-time with disabled people, issues like this so easily get swept under the carpet and kept out of sight. thank you once again.

My son has PDD, a form of Autism. If it weren't for the internet, well, I probably would have lost my mind by now!
