Today is a little better on the pain side. I've got the ThermalCare heating pack going on the shoulders and the Tiger Balm ointment on the neck, arms and hands. I was more prepared today! I am proud that I worked out last night and stayed on my diet. This has been a struggle for the last 2 months so I'm pretty happy about it. I am also very happy because I am going to be a godmother to my good friend's baby. Baby Joey. He's a doll and I'm blessed to serve in this role!
