Monday. Monday. The weekend was gone before it got here. We had 2 soccer games for the kids, golf lessons for the kids, a meeting for work, and the block party. I'm ready for a nap and it is just Monday morning!
My weight loss has been sucking because I'm showing little self restraint. I'm good in the morning and through lunch and then things go south. I'm trying to examine this more so that I can problem solve it. I'm not in the mood to discuss it with my weight loss coach. I need to stop eating off program and stop drinking alcohol. While it helps me sleep it doesn't help.
Depression sucks. It makes you crave what you don't need.
