The Grim Reality ;-): Yippee!!!

My lesson plan went well. I'm so exited!!! My teacher wrote "You are a natural" on the evaluation! YIPPEE!! I needed that! Now to buckle down and work on my assessment plan for my educational psychology class.

I think I can, I think I can!

May tomorrow be as productive and positive as today has been. And may I find more energy to motivate me to work on that darn assessment plan tonight!

Not quite endometrial specific, but darn close! Endometrial cancer is the version that took my mom. My view is that curing ANY cancer brings us closer to curing ALL cancer. My OBGYN informed me that even with my family history I have a better chance of getting breast cancer than uterine cancer (which is what took my mother). Do you check yourself monthly? Please do! I'm a two for one deal -- Dad has joined the cancer club too. He picked a more treatable one thankfully! His treatment went well thus far -- may all men remember to get their PSA tests. Early detection = early cure! I'm adding the breast cancer version because I had an abnormal mammogram. Girls, please get your girls checked! I get to wait 6 months for another mammo to check my calcification situation.... Worst case scenario I will be a poster child for early detection. Be sure to go to the best possible facility for your mammogram. My 2nd opinion films showed me the difference... it is worth the drive to go to a higher quality center!
